KEVIN WHITE
Kevin is a trusted and experienced business executive who has coached leaders and their teams across a variety of changing businesses for over 25 years. He brings his results-driven experience running complex brands to each engagement.
Before starting Kevin White Associates, Kevin was a Senior Vice President at Time Inc., leading teams of 100+ people, developing executive talent from VP to SVP level, and on-boarding key hires. Kevin managed a $100 million-dollar portfolio, with responsibility for sales, marketing, product development, and digital operations. His experience in driving year-on-year revenue growth; training teams to execute laser-focused strategies; and helping brands achieve market leadership positions puts him in a unique position to fully understand what leaders need to accomplish in today’s business environment.
Kevin is certified as an executive coach through iCoach New York, part of the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Business Administration from DePaul University.

Karin served as the interim Chief People Officer (Talent & Experience) at Vistaprint, co-Chief Transformation Officer in a large national hospital system, and co-founder of the executive development business unit at Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) where she was a global leader of the organization practice and managing partner of their San Francisco office. Karin was nominated by Monitor’s co-Managing Directors for Consulting Magazine’s Top Women in Consulting Award for Client Service. Previous career experience was in strategy, operations, and marketing at Arthur D. Little, Procter & Gamble, and The Common Fund.
Karin received her M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and is a summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Bowdoin College. Karin completed the ICoach New York professional coaching program, affiliated with the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. She is an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching – McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is certified in different assessment methods, including Hogan. She serves in a board capacity in both start-ups as well as non-profit organizations.

LANCE TUKELL
Lance is an International Executive Coach empowering leaders and high-potential employees to navigate and thrive in challenging environments. His specialty is to provide coaching interventions to leaders during times of profound change and restructuring.

Karen Gray is an executive coach, leadership consultant and Adjunct Faculty at Fashion Institute of Technology. She is an accomplished fashion retail executive and organizational development professional with extensive experience leading business units, coaching leaders and developing teams. Karen works with leaders who wish to increase their interpersonal effectiveness, are in the midst of economic shifts in their businesses and those who are developing new strategies.
As Vice President of Retail and Global Development for the iconic brand, EILEEN FISHER, Karen was known for visionary client-centric leadership and developing leaders into roles which maximized their contributions. She successfully expanded the retail footprint into highly desirable store locations and built strong teams to support profitable growth and a service oriented culture. Karen led the retail organization including all stores, buying, operations, real estate, customer service, retail marketing and global expansion into Canada and the UK.
